What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address
• The delivery address
• The gift recipient’s details and your greeting — if you add them
• What you ordered and the total

Why

To handle your order, contact you about it, deliver it, and keep the records the law requires. We don’t use your details for anything else.

Where it is stored and who sees it

Your details are stored on Microsoft Azure servers in Italy (European Union), over an encrypted connection. Only the shop and the service providers that run the site (hosting and email) process them; we never sell or share them for marketing.

Beyond that, we share them only with a delivery company where needed to deliver your order, or where the law requires.

Cookies

The site uses a single cookie that remembers your language choice. There are no advertising or tracking cookies and no analytics.

How long

We keep order details for as long as we need them to handle the order, and after that as accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. You can reach us through the Contact page.
