Who we are

This site is operated by Art to Heart — Gad Levy.

Ordering

On this site you can choose a ready-made basket or build your own, then send an order with your contact details and delivery address.

Sending an order is a request to buy. It is confirmed only once we call you to confirm the details.

Prices are in Israeli new shekels (₪) and are the final prices you pay, plus any delivery fee, which we tell you before you confirm.

Payment

There is no payment on the site itself. After you order we call you to confirm it and arrange payment (for example Bit, bank transfer, or a card over the phone). We start preparing your basket once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver to the address you give us. The delivery date and area are arranged with you on the confirmation call.

If an item is unavailable we will offer a similar replacement of equal or higher value — and only swap it with your agreement.

Photos are for illustration; the actual items may look slightly different.

Cancelling an order

Under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may cancel an order made on this site from the day you place it until 14 days after you receive the goods or this document, whichever is later — by telling us by phone, email or in writing.

A cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ₪100, whichever is lower, applies. No fee applies if you cancel because an item is defective or doesn’t match your order.

The right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods — including the food items in a basket — once delivered. Non-food items can be returned whole, unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, where possible to the same means of payment.
